forcpas.com is an online platform, which is dedicated to uniting professional certified public accountants (“CPA”) in Hong Kong, fostering a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices. The online platform “forcpas.com”, is operated by “CS Advisory Limited”, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability, exists to serve as the premier community for professional accountants dedicated to excellence and integrity. Our core mission is to foster the continuous advancement of our members’ professional expertise and to rigorously uphold the highest ethical standards of the accounting profession.
We believe that true professional growth is achieved through collaboration and shared experience. Therefore, we are fundamentally built on a culture of peer sharing and the collective contribution of knowledge. Through curated forums, technical workshops, and special interest groups, we facilitate the open exchange of practical insights, emerging trends, and best practices, empowering every member to navigate an increasingly complex business landscape with confidence and competence.
While our operational structure is that of a profit-making company to ensure sustainability and good governance, our primary purpose is unequivocally non-profit in intent. Any surplus generated is wholly reinvested into our mission—to develop higher-quality programmes, resources, and initiatives that benefit our membership and, by extension, the wider profession and society we serve.

First, we gain an understanding of what event success looks like to you. Then we create a tailored event strategy that includes a sustainable event, carbon reduction and offset plan to make it easier for you to take meaningful climate action. Once you’re happy with the program, our event production specialists get to work on bringing your event to life.
Policies or procedures shall specify a cooling-off period of two years, or a longer period if required by relevant ethical requirements, before the engagement partner can assume the role of engagement quality reviewer.

HKSQM deals with the firm’s responsibility to establish policies or procedures addressing engagements that are required to be subject to engagement quality reviews.
HKSQM is to be read in conjunction with relevant ethical requirements. Law, regulation or relevant ethical requirements may establish responsibilities for the firm’s management of quality beyond those described in this HKSQM.
HKSA 220 (Revised) deals with the specific responsibilities of the auditor regarding quality management at the engagement level for an audit of financial statements and the related responsibilities of the engagement partner.
